Infants

For infants, every new day is filled with firsts. At FAZ, we offer compassionate care and stimulating daily activities to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition for your infant.

Toddlers

Now that your child can walk and run, our toddler room has so much to offer! We'll guide and encourage your toddler through these critical years of social, emotional and cognitive development.

Preschool

Who, what, when, where and why? These are the questions your preschooler is asking every day as they develop their speech and learn more about the world around them. With guidance from our imaginative teachers and structure from our creative curricula, your preschooler will build a foundation for their future problem-solving, reading and writing skills.

School Age

We explore nature and physical education during our summer program for children ages 5 to 8.

Arabic

We embrace culture and language in our Arabic program each Sunday from September through May for children ages 5 to 12.

Screening

When your child enrolls, FAZ will use the Early Screening Inventory-Revised (ESI-R) for preschoolers and the Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) for infants and toddlers. This helps inform us about your child's development and needs.

Achievement

Each day, our staff uses Teaching Strategies GOLD to collect observations about your child's interactions and work samples. This allows us to track their progress in language, literacy, social studies, art, math, science and technology as well as social-emotional, physical and cognitive development.

Quality

FAZ uses the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) to understand the quality of interactions between our staff and your child. We also use the Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scale-Revised (ECERS-R) to measure the quality of our learning environments.

Montessori Manipulatives

Our collection of sensory materials allows children to work independently in an environment that facilitates learning. New concepts children can explore include visual perception, visual discrimination of length and size, tactile sense, color awareness and appreciation, and object equivalency, congruency and similarity.

Little Pim

Children at FAZ are offered words, phrases and sentences in French, Spanish and Arabic through our Little Pim language program. In an increasingly global community, we believe that learning new languages, especially during the most critical years for language development, is beneficial for children in the long run. Music for Life Kids

The goal of Music for Life Kids is to encourage the love of music and enhance learning in a happy and patient but structured environment. In addition to learning about classical music, students will acquire valuable life skills: patience, sensitivity, discipline, appreciation and flexibility. Learn More >

JumpBunch

JumpBunch brings sports to young children in a fun, engaging way. From the music to the activities to the equipment, every aspect of JumpBunch has been researched to be both enjoyable and developmentally beneficial to young minds and bodies. Learn More >

Marbotic

Children learn best when they manipulate physical objects. It’s also one of the foundations of the Montessori teaching method, which is why we’e partnered with Marbotic, an interactive learning system mixing traditional wooden toys and touchscreen technology. Learn More >
